- We collect personal information in situations where you have made a complaint or claim. The personal information used helps us identify the order or booking, if relevant, your complaint or claim refers to. Lawful bases and data protection rights
We will only obtain your personal information directly from you.
Where we get personal information from
Your personal information is kept for as long as:
- you have subscribed to our newsletter;
- you hold an active membership or account with us;
- you have placed an order or made a booking within the past 6 months.
Once all three options described in this section are no longer applicable to you, your personal details will be deleted within 2 working days from the date you either unsubscribe, cancel your membership/delete your account or once your last order/booking is 6 months ago.
How long we keep information
If you have any concerns about our use of your personal data, you can make a complaint to us using the contact details at the top of this privacy notice.
If you remain unhappy with how we’ve used your data after raising a complaint with us, you can also complain to the ICO.
