RETURN POLICY

For workshops, whether in person or online, the customer can cancel up to 24 hours before the time the workshop is due to start and will receive a full refund.

If the customer wishes to cancel within 24 hours before the workshop is due to start, they can choose to receive a voucher (valued at the full price of the workshop) or a partial refund. A voucher may be used to buy products or book future workshops with Void Cat Designs. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

If the customer chooses a partial refund, administration costs of £5 per booking will be deducted from the price of an online workshop or £10 from the price of an in-person workshop.

If the customer is a 'no show', no refund will be given and no voucher issued.
